How do I place an order on gzsm.org?

Simply browse our catalog, click "Add to Cart" on the items you want, login, enter your shipping address and complete payment.

How do I know my payment has been received by gzsm.org?

Your order status will change to “Awaiting Shipment” once payment is confirmed, and you’ll receive an email notification.

What is the average delivery time?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours (2 working days) of payment confirmation.
For Uyo deliveries: same day delivery is available.
For nationwide deliveries: 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.

What are the delivery charges?

  • $1,500 flat fee within Uyo city
  • Free delivery on orders above $30,000 (Uyo only)
  • $3,000 – $5,000 for deliveries outside Uyo, depending on weight and courier
  • RMB30 - RMB150 for orders within china.
  • $5 - $150 for others outside china.

I purchased a product and it is defective. What should I do?

If a defective or wrong product was delivered, return it within 3 days (Uyo orders) or 4 days (outside Uyo orders). Once verified, we will send you a replacement or refund you if the product is out of stock.

Can I visit your office to make a purchase?

Yes. You can visit our Guangzhou or Uyo offices to make purchases directly.
